Meet Sara Ritter, CPDT-KA

I have been working professionally with dogs since 2016. I have my CPDT-KA certification as well as a canine first aid & CPR certification. Ian Dunbar, Victoria Stilwell, Nicole Wilde, Patricia McConnell, and Sophia Yin are major influences in my training style. Working as a trainer and, previously, as a manager of a daycare/boarding facility, I have interacted with more dogs than most people will in their entire lifetime. I have found my passion and calling in life with dog training and you'll be able to tell once we start talking about your dog! I currently have a 11 year old cat named Luna. While cats and dogs tend to be my favorite, I have experience caring for small companion animals and fish from my pet store days.

I was born and raised in Colorado, making yearly trips to visit family in Michigan. In May of 2021, I took a leap of faith to start a new chapter in my life and moved to Florida. I currently operate my business out of Florida in the late Fall, Winter, and Spring and out of Michigan during the summer and early Fall.

While animals are clearly my biggest passion, I also enjoy reading, traveling, attending concerts, playing pool, going to the beach, kickboxing, and spending quality time with friends and family.
